Journalism for Beginners

This practical course is suitable for those who are interested in writing news and feature articles.  You will discover what makes the best stories, how to write in a journalistic style and how to get published.  It will benefit anyone who would like to improve their writing and those who have an interest in newspapers and magazines.

Tutor:

Tony Padman has been a freelance news and features journalist for regional and national newspapers since 2000.  After a solid grounding as a reporter, he began writing features both here and abroad.  He now specialises in news and features on health, education and entertainment for national newspapers.

Entry Requirements

Suitable for beginners, no previous experience is required.
