Students and members of the public were today invited to attend City of Westminster College & Job centre Plus’ Job Fair which was held at the Paddington Green Campus. Companies including Microsoft, NHS, Travelodge, Lords Cricket Ground, Westminster City and Balfour Beatty were in attendance to offer those interested in careers, apprenticeships and training opportunities in a specific field help and advice. The Job Centre was also on hand to offer career advice.

Natasha Evans, a Westminster resident attending the event said, “It’s great that we have a venue like City of Westminster College where people can attend these kinds of job fairs. It gives you the opportunity to actually go out and speak to people in the field you’re interested in instead of attending the job centre once a week looking for opportunities by computer or phone.”
