A full time (four days per week) course, based at our Maida Vale Campus, for young people with moderate learning disabilities and an EHC Plan. The course supports students to develop employability core skills, key skills as well as work alongside our Supported Employment Coordinator to access work placements, volunteering and paid employment. It is for students who are looking to move onto Supported Internships or into employment next year.
Example timetable:
Students on Pre-Supported Internship aim to achieve ASDAN Entry Level qualifications in Employability, which are individually chosen based on students aspirations.
In addition, students who have already achieved Entry 2 English or Maths will work towards Entry 3 English and/or Maths Functional Skills qualifications.
