This is a Level 2 qualification, which gives you a certificate to work as Cabin Crew and which supports your application when applying for jobs.
It includes the duties, safety, emergency and customer services carried out by cabin crew. Assessment is mainly theoretical (classroom based). There is one multiple choice exam. A practical assessment will be carried out at British Airways (or equivalent) training centre and in the classroom.

2. AIRLINE HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY
3. AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
4. DEALING WITH PASSENGERS ON BOARD AN AIRCRAFT
5. CABIN SERVICE - SELLING TECHNIQUES
6. MAKING PASSENGER ANNOUNCEMENTS ON BOARD AIRCRAFT
Previous students have gone on to work for British Airways, Ryanair and Ethiad.
