End of Year Art, Design and Photography Exhibition

‘Are you looking?’, an annual Art, Design and Photography show which is hosted by City of Westminster College ran last week from Friday 22nd to Thursday 28th June. The exhibition allowed our students to showcase their finest work for the final time this year.

Covering a variety of disciplines including Photography, Fine Art, Fashion & Textiles and Graphics & 3D Design work, the show took place on the ground floor of the College’s Paddington Green Campus. Students from all levels - from Level 1 up to HNC, displayed their work to give visitors, other students as well as our members of staff an unmissable opportunity to see the talent and creative output of our students.

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Art and Design student, Nishad Hirani said “My artwork was based on identity and faces, which is something I really enjoyed working on. It was hard work with long hours but I’m really proud of the outcome.”

Hazel Dance, a Lecturer in the Creative Industries said, “Our students have worked extremely hard to make this exhibition the best it can be. The show is important because it gives them a chance to exhibit their best work from the year and they should be very proud of their creations. All of the students have done an excellent job and should be proud of their work.”
