Lloyds Banking Group this week held an Employability Day for CWC’s A-level students. The day was aimed at helping students gain employability and enterprise skills via workshops and activity sessions while working with employees from Lloyds Banking Group.

Following a talk on the skills that employees are looking for and the various roles available in the numerous departments at Lloyds including jobs in IT and HR, the students were then set an enterprise activity where they were given the task of designing a new App. Following this the students and staff networked over lunch and the day ended with presentations and a competition.
