We pride ourselves on our partnership working within the London Borough of Brent and Westminster City Council and the wider region. We have extensive and meaningful links with business, industry and the community, always with a focus on establishing partnerships which benefit our learners, the community.

We also subcontract University of Westminster’s degree apprenticeship provision, and we’re a part of Linking London, a network run by Birkbeck. We have other HE partnerships with Islington Music Workshop and Fourth Monkey Actor Training Studio.

Investors in Diversity Award

The Investors in Diversity Award is recognised as the national equality standard. Providing organisations with a bespoke approach for improving Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) practices in the workplace. The mission of Living Wage Foundation is to encourage employers to play their part in tackling in-work and post-work poverty and provide a decent standard of living by paying the real Living Wage, adopting Living Hours and Living Pensions as well as wider good employment practices. E&C believe that by working together we can make society a more welcoming place for everyone.
