This is a Level 2 qualification, which gives you a certificate to work as Cabin Crew and which supports your application when applying for jobs.

It includes the duties, safety, emergency and customer services carried out by cabin crew. Assessment is mainly theoretical (classroom base). A practical assessment will be carried out at British Airways (or equivalent) training centre and in the classroom.

 

The course content consists of 6 units 

 

1. WORKING AS A CABIN CREW

2. AIRLINE HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY

3. AIRCRAFT EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

4. DEALING WITH PASSANGERS ON BOARD AN AIRCRAFT

5. CABIN SERVICE - SELLING TECHNIQUES

6. MAKING PASSANGER ANNOUNCMENTS ON BOARD AIRCRAFT

Previous students have gone on to work for British Airways, Ryanair and Ethiad.
