We currently offer over 20 AS subjects, most of which can be continued into year 2. Successful completion of an AS and A2 level in the same subject leads to a full A-level award. Students are encouraged to take three or four subjects at AS level. Students obtaining good grades in their AS levels can progress onto an AS level course and specialise in two or three subjects.

A-levels are based at our Maida Vale Centre (MVC), and will then be moved to the new state-of-the-art campus in Paddington Green (PGC) in 2011. We offer a range of support to help you succeed, including homework classes, English language support, learning support and workshops in IT, numeracy and study skills.

The College has an excellent track record in the teaching of core Sciences, Maths and English. Our students achieve better results than predicted and the pass rate is consistently high in all subjects.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
To study 3 AS/A2 levels, you need to have 6 GCSEs at grade A-C including English Language.
To study 4 AS/A2 levels, you need to have 7 GCSEs at grade A-C (all obtained in one sitting and including at least 3 at grade B).
Please also be aware that many subjects (including Maths, English, Languages and all Science-related) require specific GCSEs (e.g. Maths, English and Science) at a minimum grade B.
