Young Person's Guarantee
YPG Sector Routeways is a FREE programme designed to give you the skills you need to find employment in the Call Centre, Security or Retail industry. This course also includes Employability Skills to build your confidence for an Interview situation.
Who is it for?
Anyone aged 18-24 who has been unemployed for 6-12 months, is claiming Jobseeker's Allowance and lives in Camden, City and Islington, Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster.
How long is the course?
Each course runs full time for three weeks, for a total of 75+ hours.
What can it lead to?
You will receive a Level 2 qualification in Security/Call Centre/Retail and each pathway is certified or Licensed accredited. We fund the first licence for security course learners who pass their exams. Interviews are set up for successful candidates on completion of training.

How do I join?
Contact your local Job Centre Plus advisor who may refer you on to a course over the phone. When you register, you will be given an individual initial assessment to identify your educational and vocational background, your learning style, existing qualifications, skills, aims and aspirations, in order to set achievable goals for this course and your future.
You will be asked to provide photographic identification including a valid passport/driving licence, National Insurance number and proof of address.
