What is it?
Workforce development is a Government-funded initiative designed to help business train their employees. Employees gain valuable skills while employers can improve the efficiency and productivity of their business. Workforce development meets the needs of employers by offering work-based vocational learning in a wide range of industry sectors and skill areas.
