The NVQ in Learning and Development helps improve your training skills so you can deliver high quality training. You'll gain the skills needed to plan and provide appropriate training to individuals in your organisation. You may be delivering training and development in the workplace or in training establishments.

LEVEL 3 - the level 3 qualification is for you if you've worked in a learning and development role for some time - you have plenty of experience, and your work might involve supervising others or managing resources. You might want to progress into a management position. There are 6 mandatory units and 4 optional units.

LEVEL 4 - the level 4 qualification is for you if you are involved in the management of learning and development provision. You might want to gain a further insight into evaluating the learning and development needs of your organisation. There are 7 mandatory units plus 5 optional units.
