With its choice and flexibility of units this suite of Customer Service awards your employees will understand the importance of customer service and will take on more responsibility for what they do. You will have staff who are able to rise to the challenge of change and have the confidence to think for themselves and come up with new ideas. These qualifications are designed for administrative staff working within all sectors of industry and commerce.

LEVEL 2 - the level 2 qualification is for customer service administrators. The qualification is designed around two core mandatory units and six optional units.

LEVEL 3 - the level 3 qualification is for customer service staff at a supervisor level. The qualification consists around 2 core/mandatory units and 6 optional units.

LEVEL 4 – the level 4 qualification is designed for administrative staff working within all sectors of industry and commerce.  The qualification is designed around two core mandatory units and seven optional units (one from each theme).
