Advice and information

These qualifications are designed for advice and guidance working professionals within all sectors. There are options to suit any level, from people working in administrative roles to those with a great deal of experience as advisors. They are suitable for anyone working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, providing you with the ability to offer advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.

LEVEL 2 - the level 2 qualification is for you if you're working in an advice or guidance organisation in an administrative or customer service role. You are looking to move into a role as advisor or to progress in your current role by demonstrating your skills in a variety of guidance support activities. The qualification consists of 3 mandatory units and 3 optional units.

LEVEL 3 - the level 3 qualification is for you if you currently work directly with clients, disseminating information, advice or guidance. The qualification consists of 3 mandatory units and 3 optional units.

LEVEL 4 - the level 4 qualification is for you if you are an experienced practitioner, and may have management or training responsibilities within your organisation. You want to confirm the skills you currently have as well as fill in any gaps of skills or knowledge. The qualification consists of 8 units - 4 mandatory and 4 optional units. The qualification is holistically assessed, which means that the optional units chosen will be assessed alongside the mandatory units.​
