Employability Centre
We have an Employability Centre at our Paddington Green Campus. It is a drop-in centre and if you are unemployed, looking for work and would like support in your job search we can help.
The centre is fully staffed by two tutors/advisers who provide information, advice help with CVs, application forms and job search. They also provide referral onto Employability and other programmes and assist with setting up job interviews.
If you would like to join our Employability Skills Programme, pre-entry assessments are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 14:00 and on Fridays at 10:00.
If you are interested in the Next Steps Pre-apprenticeship Programme, we hold interviews on Wednesdays at 1pm.
The Next Step adviser is at the Employability Centre every Monday at 14:00.

AM2 Centre
City of Westminster College’s Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2) skill test centre has been fully approved by the awarding body, National Electrotechnical Training (NET) and adds to our existing electrical training and testing courses.
The AM2 Centre provides ideal opportunities for both London-based and further afield businesses and training providers being the only one based in central London. The College is in a prime location with excellent transportation links.
Candidates from near and far will be able to get to the centre very easily via rail, bus or underground. The Test Centre is based at our Paddington Green Campus in W2.

About AM2
The Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2) is a 3-day, industry recognised, Practical Performance Assessment (PPA) Test that is conducted u nder nationally set controlled conditions.
The AM2 Test was designed to enable individuals to evidence craft competence in specific and defined subject areas that are directly associated with the duties and responsibilities required of a "competent electrician".
The candidate's underpinning subject knowledge and the relevant practical skills are assessed by a qualified competent registered AM2 examiner and the candidate is required to demonstrate that they are able to work safely and meet nationally accepted industry standards.
The AM2 Test has been specifically designed to meet the Practical Performance Assessment (PPA) requirements of the Electrotechnical National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at Level 3.
