CWC Students Celebrate their A-Level results


There have been some exceptional A-level results at City of Westminster College today, with many students being accepted by their first-choice HE institution. 

Commenting on this year’s A-level results, Chief Executive Officer Keith Cowell said, “We are delighted that so many of our A-level students have achieved the results they need to move on to their chosen course.

Here are just some of City of Westminster College’s 2017 success stories.

Milana Nikolova 19 (photo above), arrived in the UK 3 years ago and today she is celebrating her outstanding AS results, she was thrilled to get the grades she needed to study International Relations at Exeter University this year. Achieving an A in History, B in Communication and Culture and A* in English Language she said,"I'm really satisfied with my grades and that my hard work has paid off. I wouldn't be able to get these results without the help of my wonderful teachers,especially my English Language teacher Nora Holder. I'm sure that if the students taking their exams next year put the work in, they will be just as happy on results day next year, as I am today."


Nineteen year old Rahul Mancin, gained excellent results which allowed him study at Belfast University this year. Rahul achieved a B in Media Studies, B in Communication and Culture and a C in English Language. Rahul said “Having failed my first year of A-levels at my secondary school, I decided to give it another try, however this time at City of Westminster College. Coming here changed me as a person and helped me realize my potential and most importantly CWC helped me achieve my goals."
