It’s been another successful year for A-level students at City of Westminster College. More than 80 AS and A2 students were awarded A grades – over 30 of them at A2 level.
A-levels with a 100 per cent pass rate included Art, Arabic, Economics, Government & Politics and History. There were notable successes for Art students – nine of them were awarded the A* grade, indicating consistently excellent work and high achievement throughout the two years of the course.
The College was also delighted to see nine A grades awarded to Maths A-level students and a further 9 A grades for Arabic A-level students.
Despite the doom-and-gloom headlines about students missing out on the chance to move on to higher education, many of our students have achieved or exceeded the grades they needed and are now on their way to university or college.
