Former student Dibora Asrat attended a reception at the House of Lords where she was presented with a bursary by Baroness Helena Kennedy, whose Foundation offers funds to assist disadvantaged students with their education. Dibora, who left us last July and is now studying Business Management at University of Westminster said: “It was so exciting to go to the House of Lords – and the bursary is very valuable. I don’t have words to express how grateful I am to my tutor at City of Westminster College Hilary Matthews, who ensured I applied for the bursary.”
