The Education Maintenance Allowance is available from this September for 16-18 year holds who live in households with an annual income of £30,000 or less. Amounts of up to £30.00 can be paid directly to young people to help them continue studying. Application forms are available from Connexions Service, Schools, Local Education Authority and from the College
