City of Westminster College benefits from its partnerships with leading organisations. These links inform our course provision and enable us to continue to ensure we provide teaching that equips our learners with the skills and knowledge to develop their full potential.

We work to develop our training to meet the needs of local, national and international employers, providing a wide range of solutions to meet the individual needs of organisations. 

We have close links to universities, offering Higher Education courses  that are accredited by Middlesex University and University of Westminster.  We are also part of Westminster Skillset Media Academy with University of Westminster, for our training in the fields of creative media and our specialist courses for the audio visual industries. We are also involved with a variety of skills academies.

We have excellent links with most London Universities and are an associate college of University of Westminster and Middlesex University.

Universities

With the University of Westminster, we provide a Foundation Degree in Photography .

In association with Middlesex University, we offer a Bachelor of Science degree course in Clinical Physiology.

Employers

City of Westminster College has strong relationships with many local and national employers, which are managed through our dedicated Business Development Unit.

We offer a variety of work-based training solutions, including Apprenticeships. Our City & Guilds-approved NVQ Centre programmes enable you to deliver customised training via the workplace in a way that is both relevant and cost-efficient.

We have fully equipped workshops in our Paddington Green Campus and our Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2) skill test centre - the only one in central London - is fully approved by the awarding body National Electrotechnical Training (NET).

Skills Academies

As a College we strive for excellence in the courses we provide and have formed partnerships with leading organisations to ensure we offer you, the learner, the best opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and talents.

As a member of the National Skills Academy and a Founder College of the National Skills Academy Creative & Cultural, we provide training designed to keep pace with industry’s current and future needs.

We also support workplace training to match the requirements of both London businesses and national organisations. We are part of the London Training Dynamics Consortium, as well as having a close involvement with the work of the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS).

The College is also proud to belong to the Get Set Network, a community of colleges and schools that demonstrates a commitment to the Olympic and Paralympic values and is using the London 2012 Games to inspire learners to get involved in values-based activities.
