What do I need to get on to it?

You need to be competent in English; either a native English speaker or have spoken English skills to at least Level 1. This will be assessed at interview.
Where does it lead?
This is a Level 2 vocational qualification. It is suitable for those hoping to start a career that uses IT applications. You could also progress to the Level 2 Certificate for IT Users and build on the Award by gaining units in the route not taken to achieve the Award.
