Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance

All 16-18 year-old students at City of Westminster College will follow a full-time Study Programme. Here Craig Hanlon-Smith, Deputy Director of 16-18 Programmes explains what that means.

Our series of one year Motor Vehicle courses are approved by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) and are designed to meet the needs of young people interested in a career in the engineering and retail motor industry.

Students have access to modern dedicated motor vehicle workshops and computer laboratories during their training and studies at Paddington Green Campus. In addition to the vocational learning, students are able to develop their literacy and numeracy skills to match the requirements demanded by industry.

Throughout all of our courses we will embed employability skills and support students in applying for further study or employment. All teaching staff have relevant industrial experience.
