How will I learn? 

 A combination of both theory and practical learning, accompanied with work experience.

How will I be assessed?

Continuous ongoing assessment takes place through the course to develop a portfolio of evidence

Types of assessment include:

·       Practical

·       Role play

·       Group work

·       Professional discussion

·       Presentation

·       Written report

How much time should I be expected to spend on assignments, projects, field trips etc?

 2 – 5 hours per week of independent learning

What qualifications or skills do I need to show I have before I can enrol?

 All GCSE grades obtained          

Minimum achievement of 4 GCSE qualifications at grade G or 1, including English and Maths (or Entry Level 3 Functional Skills)

You may be required to complete a DBS check in order to undertake work experience

All our full time further education courses (Entry to Level 3) are free if you are 16-18 years old and meet UK residency requirements. Depending on your circumstances, you may also be eligible for financial support to help with other costs associated with your course such as free school meals and travel.
